Besua Wrestling

Besua is the indigenous combat grappling striking system of the bakweri tribe in Cameroon. A clip will soon be released from our upcoming documentary on Besua shows basic knife hand strikes to base of spine, palm strikes to chin and knees all executed from the base position called (panga) the clinch. Our documentary on Besua out next year will show more advanced techniques and tactics.
