Return & Refund Policy:
We at Wose Inernational Films are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason, you are not happy with your magazine product, we are here to help.
Returns:
If you wish to return your magazine product within 14 days of receipt, please send us an email at info@woseinternationalfilms.com with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange for a return shipping label to be sent to you. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and in a resellable condition.
Refunds:
If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue it within 10 working days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and that refunds are only available for the cost of the product.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event that your magazine product is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will either arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or issue a full refund.
